Trucadence is now hiring for a Business Developer Representative to join our team. Great opportunity with an company and room for growth. Will be responsible for the delivery of revenue and performance targets for the company’s business in the ecommerce channel, with a focus on building clients that service direct to consumer sales through their own or other channels.

You will work to sell and market clients looking to work with a skilled asset based provider of fulfillment services. Our sales resources must be independent thinkers and doers that can drive themselves to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers in the designated market
  • Creates strong business connections with, accurately describes products and services to, and drafts contracts with current and potential leads in order to close sales.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure new account set-up, establish specifications, and assist with account maintenance and invoicing.
  • Identify client needs through understanding the product environment.
  • Recommend a pricing strategy
  • Support the sales efforts by customizing sales media to be used in the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Account reactions and competitive products in order to help design and implement marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Schedules meetings, comprehends requirements for accounts and creates opening presentations with the end goal of starting the sales process.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely manner

Qualification/Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales experience (Required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Recruitment acknowledgment would be nice but not necessary
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field

Salary will be negotiable based experience, plus commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
